i trying to make friends at gym or my workplaces but it not work because i can’t speak fluent in english. any suggestions?

There are lots of places you could volunteer or join groups, and if your English isn’t fluent groups that have activities might be good (in other words, *doing* things more than just sitting and talking… hiking, volunteering for things associated with sports or building or singing/dancing/theater/etc and more).
You could of course also just hang out with groups where your first language is being spoken too, but that wouldn’t increase your fluency or perhaps get you into the mainstream culture.
Also check out things like meetup.com ( http://www.meetup.com/find ), etc.
