Is there a free shuttle service that connects Houston’s Intercontinental Airport to Hobby Airport?
We are flying out of town on Southwest at Houston Hobby Airport and returning to Houston on another air carrier via Houston’s Intercontinental. We’ve heard that there is a free shutle service that can take us between the two. Is this true? And where can I find out more information on it?

Where can I find quality friends, and free hobbies and things to do?
I’m in a bit of a bind here..I’m in my 30’s, in a relationship, currently getting back into the workforce after 3 months of nothing. I need some friends my age, and also some hobbies…Everything costs money, which I have none of, and I’m starting to go a little stir crazy..How can I make friends if I dont go out, but how can I go out when all my money is going towards bills? ( trust me: I’ve had no “fun” money for months.) I’m starting to bore my boyfriend by being home all the time, and I wish I had something I could go do,or someone to hang with but I dont!! Is there any help for me?
Good hobbies and things to do on free time?
My life turned around. I just started 10th grade and I am changed. I stop playing video games ALL THE TIME and I am not that nerd anymore. For the first year of my life I starting taking school extremely seriously. I am doing all my homework and studying for tests. I do after school clubs and sports. But now I want to get into those kind of hobbies or whatever you want to call them. What are some big hobbies to take like learning karate, or piano or working out like those kind of hobbies. Any ideas?
How did you spend your free time before the Age of the Internet?
… at least, if you are old enough to remember how it was back then!
Does the Internet monopolize most of your free time now? Or do you have a way to allocate enough time for your other hobbies/family/friends… etc.
And I’m not saying that the Internet is a bad thing or anything. I’m just reflecting on how things were so different, before.
Hoping many would care to share!
Thank you everyone, for sharing your thoughts and spending some time on my question. I particularly enjoyed reading the more detailed answers from P’quaint, Lucija, WillRogersWannabe and Anita, among others.
P’quaint, like you, I was an avid reader too. It used to be about 4 to 6 novels in a month. Now I find that I could stretch one novel for an entire month! It seems like I do most of my reading online these days but oh, how I used to LOVE curling into my favorite armchair for hours on end with one book or another.
Lucija, my heart goes out to you. Yes I do know how the internet really can be one of our only connections to the world outside. In fact I thank the internet for bringing me closer to friends a long distance away, one such as you. We wouldn’t have “met” otherwise, hey?
Mr. WillRogers, sir. Thank you so much for sharing. Your post reminded me of what I used to LOVE to do as a little schoolgirl, ages ago. I loved nothing better than to spend many quiet nights outside, lying atop my father’s old car, just watching the stars. I enjoyed trying to identify different constellations and individual stars. With my torchlight in hand to illuminate dozens of star maps and encyclopedias, I dreamed of being an astronaut, spacewalking under the glittering sky. Funny how I ended up so firmly grounded on earth as an architect.
