I am a 33 y/o caucasian male. I have a high school diploma, couple of college classes, and completed a 4 year electricians apprenticeship(I am a Journeyman). Previously, I have warehouse, manufacturing, and bartending experience. Currently I am working as an electrician and pizza delivery driver. None of these have been my dream job. I prefer limited contact with others. I don’t mind working long hours. I don’t like talking on the phone. I live in Atlanta and am limited to jobs in the Atlanta area. My interests/hobbies include reading, cooking, scuba diving, and juijitsu, however, I rarely get to indulge in any of these(I work almost 80 hours a week). I am curious to hear all suggestions. What are some outdoor hobbies you have that keep you busy?

It can be any time of the year….For me it is cool weather, so I hunt…..I just shot my first Turkey a few weeks ago and now Deer season starts in 2 weeks…..In December or January once the ice is thick enough, we start ice fishing….I also enjoy going fishing from the boat in the warmer months…….But these things keep me moving outside during the cold months…….
I do not want to offend anyone that does not agree with hunting, it is just something we do and we also eat what we kill or catch……
outta here—you have lots of things to keep you busy…..you make me tired…just kidding……keep it up……

Background info: Because my wife isn’t sure what she wants to get her degree in and I am close to finishing, we decided that I would go to school and she would work to put me through school and then we’ll switch once I get a job using my degree.
I’ve noticed that she often gets excited for my accomplishments (ie: got an A on a paper, or made Dean’s list, etc…) and although she likes her job i’d like some hobby ideas i could float for her so she can be proud of her own short-term accomplishments. She took one class last semester and enjoyed it, but i think she wants something that she won’t really have homework in. She’s interested in dancing and that’s a strong candidate right now, but we’re very interested in other possible ideas.
Basically, something she could do once a week (maybe for a few hours on Saturday or Sunday) that has some element of progress to it…any ideas are appreciated as we’re just brainstorming. I want her to be able to say “Guess what I did?!” when she calls her mom on sunday nights and be proud of herself. Thanks in advance.

I have known my boyfriend for about 7-8 years. we have broken up a couple of times in the last 3 years. but we’v enever gone out this long. Since i’ve known him for such a long time I know some of the basics about him, but of course i don’t know it all, what are some good questions in general to ask him and what are some good questions concerning his family his hobbies etc. that i can ask him about and how? we have been going out for the last 8 n a half months. and where are some cool fun exciting etc places me and him can go to be with each other or even what things can we do to have fun together? give me all the advise you can and even if something else comes to mind give me that 2 whatever it may be. I think skateboarding is a cool hobby, but I never been skateboarding before. But why do we keep taking it away from those who loves their hobby so much. It’s not like they are trying to commit crimes.

Ok, so at the beginning of March my dad asked if he could borrow some money from me because he didn’t have enough to pay bills etc..(I am in college paying my own way btw), so of course I let him borrow my entire bank account ($2000). He said that the absolute latest I would be paid back would be Easter, because he was waiting for someone to pay him back so that he could pay me. Well…Easter has come and gone, and no mention of the money whatsoever. I know for a fact that he got paid by the guy he was waiting on, and we also had a warehouse burn and he got an insurance check for around $10,000 (relevant because he has money, but is choosing not to pay me). And to top it off, today UPS brought three loads of stuff that he bought for his hobby of recording music. So should I say something, or just wait somemore? If I say something than what and how should I say it?) Please help because everyday that he ignores the fact, I hate him a little more.
Help me find some new hobbies?

I currently spend all my time playing World of Warcraft, and i need something to replace this problem. My other interests include chess, maths,coind+stamp collecting and reading. I dont play club soccer because of school work, but i would like something not too time consuming to replace WoW.

I’m a female teenager and now that I’m being homeschooled, I need to find another way to be outdoors daily doing something fun. Everyone I know are at school so yeah it’s harder to get along with them now, and once their school day is finished they are normally too exhausted to hang out afterwards. Thanks ^^
