Basically any hobbies she had before she was pregnant are fine unless it’s something like drinking or drag racing.

I’d say walking and swimming, because it’s something that she can do right up until labour, and that way she can met people and not feel later than she has to drop out of a social group or anything. My local hospital has water aerobics for pregnant ladies which I’m thinking of trying. I’m not normally keen on getting in the pool, but if I was with other whales like myself
LOL then maybe I won’t mind so much!

As long as her Dr says she is healthy, she can do just about everything… Lower impact if she likes to run.. maybe power walking, or jogs.. If she likes hiking, maybe she can hike on flatter surfaces instead of mountain sides? Everything in moderation. Now, if her Dr. gives her restrictions, she needs to follow those restrictions… Other than that, there is no reason she should have to lie on her back the whole pregnancy.

As long as there are no restrictions from the doctor she can do LOTS of active things! I hve a pelvis out of place and I’m 21wks pregnant. I was told that some great things for me to do include:
biking
walking
swimming
hiking
Or anything else that is none-contact as long as I don’t push myself. Everything in moderation! In fact swimming is considered on of the best forms of exerscise for pregnant women because it’s low-impact and great on taking the weight off areas that are sore and stretched out.
Good Luck to her!

hey im 30 wks preg. Its just a long boring with some excitment wait.
If you dont have money take her to the shops and get her to look at some baby clothes and sizes and some prams cots and ect… that excites pregnant girls. take her for a coffee. is she over morning sickness? if not she just stays home like i did. or maybe take her for a walk, its good for her baby.
