i want to find a woman but i dont got the money to go out clubbing all the time due to other hobbies of mine consuming my money.
where are some places for a teen to meet woman? or what are some good activities that have a good few woman involved in?

Now when a teen asks for a woman he should ask himself where and what are his limits. A real woman, you can find at either a Home Depot or a coffee shop. If your going for around your age range hit up the colleges and libraries. Their are online sites that are free like I cracked a few on tagged.com.

seriously , anywhere, if you see someone tell them you like them, start a conversation etc see where it leads just be yourself.
